Box for remote support

This (optional) device allows for remote support for all electronic appliances (PLC, HMI, inverters, drives) installed on your machine.

By connecting the box with the machine the device will perform a diagnostics check with a direct connection with the “Assistance Centre” in the Dalmine facility (Italy), and thereby be able to perform the necessary operations.

For the correct operation of this optional device, we recommend also purchasing the 3G UMTS stick.
