Remote assistance module kit (Industry 4.0)
This device, fitted inside the electrical panel, allows for remote support for all electronic appliances (PLC, HMI, inverters, drives) installed on your machine.
By connecting your internet to the machine, the device will perform a diagnostics check with a direct connection with the “Assistance Centre” in the Dalmine facility (Italy), and thereby be able to perform the necessary operations.
For the correct operation of this optional device, we recommend also purchasing the 3G UMTS stick.
