Our research has moved in this direction and has given life to a new machine that is the synthesis of the 3 features; it is the Pratika 56 MPE X1, an automatic angular heat-shrink with a simple and functional design.
Double hatch, touch screen panel and PLC logic
The servomechanism and the high electrical, mechanical and technological content are the elements that make Pratika 56 MPE X1 a high performing packaging machine; the double hatch, front and rear, facilitates access and any intervention.
The machine is controlled by PLC logic and programmable from a colour Touch Screen panel with simple, clear, intuitive graphic; product photos can be included from the panel and up to 64 customised packaging programs can be stored. A USB port allows you to save recipes and updates on an external driver.
Speed, safety and energy savings
Pratika 56 MPE X1 can package up to 2800 pieces per hour (the piece counter is standard) sized up to 600x400 cm x 160 cm of height; not only, but it allows to package individual packages or groups of products. All in total safety, thanks to a series of functions designed specifically to protect the operator:
- Opening hatches with safety microswitch
- Control logic with operator safety
- Horizontal and vertical photocell
- Belts compliant with FDA regulations.
Each parameter is automatically regulated by the PLC control logic: the opening of the sealing bars, the sealing bar temperature, the sealing time, the sealing force, the height of the triangles.
Pratika 56 MPE X1 complies with CE regulations, even in terms of clearly reduced energy consumption.
